In-Store Pickup

Honey Pepper Boutique offers in-store pickup at our Beulaville, North Carolina location.

Orders selected for in-store pickup are normally ready within approximately 2 hours during regular business hours. If you need your order sooner, you may call the store after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. The pickup period begins once the customer has been notified that the order is ready.

Pickup orders will be held for 30 days from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready.

After 30 days, Honey Pepper Boutique reserves the right to return unclaimed merchandise to inventory and cancel the pickup order. Customers with an unclaimed order should contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-order and special-order merchandise is ordered specifically for the customer and may be subject to vendor ordering deadlines, minimum quantities, or other restrictions. These items may not be regularly stocked in-store. Because these items are purchased specifically for an individual customer, all pre-orders and special orders are final sale. Pre-orders and special orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Estimated arrival dates for pre-orders and special orders are provided as estimates and may change due to vendor availability, production schedules, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of Honey Pepper Boutique’s control. By placing a pre-order or special order, the customer acknowledges that the item is being ordered specifically for them.

Sales, Discounts & Promotional Codes

Honey Pepper Boutique may offer sales, promotional discounts, promotional codes, special offers, or other incentives from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
Sale or clearance items will not receive an additional percentage discount when another promotion is being offered.
Certain brands, collections, products, or categories may be excluded from promotional offers.
Promotional codes may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other restrictions.
Promotional offers may be modified or ended without notice unless otherwise stated.

An item that is already discounted or marked as sale merchandise is not eligible for an additional discount unless Honey Pepper Boutique specifically states otherwise.

Honey Pepper Boutique reserves the right to correct pricing, product description, inventory, or other website errors and to cancel affected orders when necessary. Customers will be notified if an issue affects an order that has already been placed.

Payment
